Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Investasi melalui pendidikan merupakan sejumlah dana yang dikeluarkan untuk bersekolah oleh individu dengan harapan memperoleh pendapatan lebih tinggi dimasa yang akan datang. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh motivasi siswa dan kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap keputusan investasi melalui pendidikan siswa SMK di Kabupaten Batang secara simultan dan parsial. Populasi penelitian 494 orang, siswa kelas XI SMK di Babupaten Batang dan diambil sampel 65 responden. Hasil deskripsi variabel penelitian menunjukkan variabel keputusan investasi melalui pendidikan, variabel motivasi siswa dan variabel kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan motivasi siswa dan kondisi sosial ekonomi orang tua berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi melalui pendidikan siswa SMK di Kabupaten Batang baik secara simultan maupun parsial.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Investing through a fund education is spent on schooling by individuals in the hope of obtaining a higher income in the future. The problem of this study is whether there is influence student motivation and parental socio-economic conditions for investment decisions through education vocational students in Batang simultaneously and partially. The study population was 494 people, a class XI student of SMK in Kabupaten Batang and sampled 65 respondents. The description of the variables showed variable investment decisions through education, student motivation variables and variable socioeconomic conditions of parents in the high category. Hypothesis test results show student motivation and parental socioeconomic conditions affect investment decisions through education vocational students in Batang either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Pendidikan kejuruan bertujuan membekali siswa dengan kemampuan sesuai standar dunia kerja. Berdasarkan observasi, silabus belum sepenuhnya terlaksana. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kemampuan mengelola kearsipan siswa dan apakah sesuai dengan syarat arsiparis yang dibutuhkan dunia kerja? Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI AP SMKN 9 Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis data menggunakan deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan siswa mengelola sistem kearsipan termasuk kategori baik (75%). Ketelitian dalam kategori teliti (76%), kecerdasan termasuk kategori cerdas (73%), kecekatan termasuk kategori cekat (71%), kerapian termasuk kategori sangat rapi (84%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan siswa mengelola sistem kearsipan dapat dikatakan baik.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ Vocational education aims to equip students with the ability to working world standards. Based on observation, the syllabus has not been fully implemented. The problem in this study is how students' ability to manage archives and archivists are in accordance with the terms required the working world? Object of this study is the students of class XI AP SMKN 9 Semarang. This research is descriptive quantitative, descriptive data analysis using the percentage. The results demonstrate the ability of students to manage archival system including good categories (75%). Accuracy in the category carefully (76%), intelligence including intelligent category (73%), dexterity in fixed category (71%), neatness including very tidy categories (84 %). Based on these results, it was concluded that the student's ability to manage archival system can be said to be good.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Di SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar Kabupaten Pekalongan, koperasi sekolah menyediakan jasa penjualan berbagai keperluan para siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas peran koperasi sekolah sebagai unit pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Tipe penelitian yaitu kualitatif dengan proses analisis deskriptif evaluatif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis koperasi sekolah terbukti efektif sebagai pembelajaran kewirausahaan siswa tetapi masih mempunyai beberapa kendala. Kendala-Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu  waktu yang terbatas, tempat yang sempit dan modal juga sangat terbatas serta sifat personality yang beragam. Strategi yang digunakan yaitu membentuk tim guru pembina yang bertanggung jawab atas keberadan koperasi.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ In SMP Negeri 1 Karanganyar Pekalongan, cooperative schools provide students selling various purposes. this study aims to determine the effectiveness of  cooperative learning school as the unit of entrepreneurship. Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Kegiatan kearsipan  mempunyai aktivitas pokok berupa penyimpanan warkat-warkat yang memungkinkan penemuan dengan cepat apabila diperlukan. Permasalahan penelitian ini apakah ada perbedaan signifikan antara rata-rata nilai sebelum treatment dengan rata-rata nilai setelah treatment dengan metode latihan dengan penilaian portofolio sehingga pembelajaran lebih efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mengelola sistem kearsipan. Penerapan metode latihan dengan penilaian portofolio dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dari rata-rata nilai sebesar 70 menjadi 83, penerapan metode latihan dengan penilaian portofolio lebih efektif terlihat dari nilai KKM kelas eksperimen yang  mencapai 85,29%. Metode latihan dengan penilaian portofolio mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar dan lebih efektif digunakan dalam standar kompetensi mengelola sistem kearsipan.   Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The main activity of achival is the saving of letters that can be found easily if needed. The problem in this research is wheter or not the mean score is increase significantly before and after the treatment using drill method with portfolio scoring so that the teaching and learning process could be more effective to improve achievement of managing archival system. The using of drill method with portfolio scoring can increase the students’ learning result from the mean score 0f 70 to 83. The effectiveness of drill method with portfolio scoring can be seen from KKM score of 85,29% in the experimental class. Drill method with portfolio scoring can increase  learning result and can be more effective to be used in the competence standard of managing achival system.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student learning outcomes SMK Hidayah Semarang on the material types of economies and enhance students' learning activities in the classroom with a mix of lecture method and the method of Two Stay Two Stray. Data collection method is the method of the test (with multiple choice) and non-test method (observation and documentation). The results of this study were obtained percentage of students in the learning activities of the first cycle with both categories (70%) and the second cycle increases with the category very well (87.5%). The percentage of all teachers in the first cycle of learning that is with either category (66.6%) and the second cycle increases with the category very well (90.2%). The average grade achieved in the first cycle is 71.81 with the achievement of the classical completeness by 75% and in the second cycle class average increased to 80.23 and the achievement of the classical completeness of 91.6%. From the results of this study concluded that learning in the classroom with a mix of lecture method and the method of Two Stay Two Stray able to improve student learning outcomes and student activities.

Abstract

Analisis kinerja pada  PKPRI masih menggunakan cara lama yaitu hanya menggunakan penilaian keuangan dengan menggunakan analisis rasio keuangan rentabilitas, likuiditas, dan solvabilitas. Bukannya dengan menggunakan pedoman dari kepmen no 129 tahun 2002 yang dikeluarkan oleh menteri koperasi dan UKM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan kinerja pada PKPRI pada aspek kerjasama antar KPRI dan pada aspek kepedulian terhadap komunitas KPRI di Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada PKPRI dan KPRI di Kabupaten Pemalang. Pendekatan penelitian yang akan  digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif  kuantitatif yaitu apabila datanya telah terkumpul,  kemudian diklasifikasikan menjadi dua kelompok data, yaitu data kuantitatif yang berbentuk angka-angka dan data kualitatif yang menyatakan dalam kata-kata atau simbol-simbol (Suharsimi, 2006: 239). Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah kerjasama antar KPRI dikategorikan baik, kepedulian terhadap komunitas KPRI juga dikategorikan baik. Analysis of the performance of the PKPRI still use the old way is just using financial valuation using financial ratio analysis of profitability, liquidity and solvency. Instead of using the guidelines of the Decree No. 129 of 2002 issued by the minister of cooperatives and SMEs. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the performance of the PKPRI KPRI aspects of cooperation and concern for the community aspect KPRI in Pemalang. This research is a case study on PKPRI and KPRI in Pemalang. The research approach will be used in writing this thesis is descriptive quantitative research method is if the data has been collected and then classified into two groups of data, the quantitative data in the form of figures and qualitative data are expressed in words or symbols (Suharsimi , 2006: 239). The results of this study are categorized KPRI good cooperation, concern for the community is also considered good KPRI.

Abstract

Koperasi sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Pandaan kurang mendapatkan perhatian dan ini mengakibatkan koperasi sekolah kurang bisa berkembang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apa yang menyebabkan koperasi sekolah kurang bisa berkembang, serta bagaimana strategi yang sesuai untuk melakukan revitalisasi koperasi sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Pandaan. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SWOT. Kesimpulan adalah penyebab koperasi sekolah di SMP Negeri 2 Pandaan tidak bisa berkembang dengan baik, karena masih memiliki kelemahan berupa pola manajemen yang kurang tepat dan kurangnya modal. Strategi yang digunakan yaitu memanfaatkan kekuatan yang dimiliki untuk mendapatkan peluang, dan meminimalisir kelemahan koperasi untuk mengantisipasi ancaman. .Cooperative School in SMP Negeri 2 Pandaan received less attention and this make less developed cooperative school. So the issue is what is causing the lack of school cooperatives can grow, and how appropriate strategies to revitalize the cooperative school in SMP Negeri 2 Pandaan. The analysis in this study using a SWOT analysis. In conclusion the cause of school cooperatives in SMP Negeri 2 Pandaan not been able to thrive, as it still has drawbacks such as the lack of proper management pattern and capital. The strategy used is utilizing the strength to get opportunities, and minimize the weaknesses of cooperatives to anticipate threats

Abstract

Prestasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern dan ekstern. Permasalahan: ada pengaruh motivasi belajar, peranan kompetensi profesional guru dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi mikro dan makro  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sugihwaras Bojonegoro baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi ini berjumlah 188 siswa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dan diperoleh 128 siswa. Hasil uji F dan uji t motivasi belajar signifikansi 0,014 ≤ α (0,05), peranan kompetensi profesional guru signifikansi 0,000 ≤ α (0,05), lingkungan keluarga signifikansi 0,002 ≤ α (0,05), maka Ha diterima. Kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif motivasi belajar, peranan kompetensi profesional guru dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar ekonomi mikro dan makro siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sugihwaras Bojonegoro secara simultan maupun parsial. The students’ academic achievement is influenced by some internal and external factors. Is there any effect of study motivation, role of teachers’ professional competence and family environment toward academic of micro and macro economics differences of tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sugihwaras Bojonegoro partially and simultaneously. The population was 188 students, 128 students were chosen as the subjects through proportional random sampling. From F test and T test of study motivation significance 0,014 ≤ α (0,05), role of teachers’ professional competence significance 0,000 ≤ α (0,05), family environmen significance 0,002 ≤ α (0,05). Thus, Ha is accepted. According it can be concluded that there is a possitive effect among study motivation, role of teachers’ professional competence and family environment toward academic of micro and macro economics differences of tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sugihwaras Bojonegoro partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendeskripsikan dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Tindakan penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP 2 di SMK Negeri 1 Pati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: NHT sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Hasil tes evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I hasil nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 77 dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 63% dengan nilai tertinggi 90, nilai terendah 65, serta banyaknya siswa yang tuntas 22 siswa dan sisanya 13 siswa yang tidak tuntas. Sedangkan analsis hasil tes evaluasi siswa pada siklus II, menunjukkan hasil nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 86 dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 91% dengan nilai tertinggi 100, nilai terendah 75, serta banyaknya siswa yang tuntas 32 siswa dan 3 siswa yang tidak tuntas. Siswa memberikan respon yang positif pada pembelajaran NHT. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The research was intended to describe the application of cooperative learning by using Numbered Heads Together (NHT) method. The action research was selected as a research design. The subjects were students of class X AP 2 SMK Negeri 1 Pati. The result showed that: NHT was effective to increase the students outcomes. Analysis of test results obtained by students in the first cycle of evaluation, showed the average value of 77 and the percentage of students classical completeness by 63% with the highest value of 90, the lowest score of 65, and the number of students who pass the 22 students and the remaining 13 students who did not complete. While the analysis of the test results of evaluation of students in the second cycle, showed the average student is 86 and the percentage of classical completeness by 91% with the highest value of 100, the lowest value of 75, and the number of students who pass the 32 students and 3 students who do not complete. The students gave positive response to NHT.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui model pembelajaran kontekstual kompetensi dasar memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan pada siswa kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X AP 1 SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung yang berjumlah 36 orang. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Tiap siklusnya terdiri dari 1) Perencanaan, 2) Pelaksanaan, 3) Pengamatan, 4) Refleksi. Hasil dari penelitian dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran kontekstual mengalami peningkatan pada masing-masing siklus. Tahap siklus I nilai rata-rata kelas mencapai 74,6 dan 87,2 pada siklus II. Dari lembar observasi aktivitas siswa siklus I sebesar 70% dan pada siklus II sebesar 87,5%. Hasil pengamatan pada kinerja guru siklus I sebesar 72,5% dan pada siklus II sebesar 92,5%. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ This research conducted to determine whether there is any improvement in the results of tenth grade students of Office Administration SMK N 2 Temanggung by using contextual learning model with basic competence providing service to customers. The subjects of this study are 36 students of tenth grade Office Administration 1 SMK N 2 Temanggung. This classroom action research (CAR) consists of two cycles. Each cycle includes 1) Planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, 4) reflection. By applying the model of contextual learning, the results of research show that the students’ results increase in each cycle. The average score in first cycle is 74.6 and second cycle reaches 87.2. From observation sheets of the students’ activities show that first cycle is 70% and in the second cycle is 87.5%. Then, observations on the teacher’s performance show that first cycle is 72.5% and in the second cycle is 92.5%.
